This guided journal was created to help readers apply the themes from the book to their own lives. It includes prayer sections, reflection prompts, Scripture-based lies vs. truths lists, emotional healing exercises, and guided space to process your story with God.
The journal also aligns with the coaching work I offer. Many of the practices and questions inside the journal are the same tools I use when helping women heal emotionally, build spiritual rhythms, set goals, and cultivate healthy habits.

How my books connect to my coaching
Why I Write and Coach
I write and coach because I believe women deserve spaces where they feel seen, supported, understood, and strengthened. My heart is to offer tools and support that help women heal emotionally, grow spiritually, gain confidence in their bodies, and build a life rooted in God’s presence and peace.
Through story, Scripture, and practical guidance, my goal is to accompany women on their journey toward wholeness.
My writing and coaching are part of the same mission. The book tells my story. The companion journal helps apply that story to your own life. Coaching allows me to walk alongside you personally.
